Hi, we have a saved search that exports empty excel file if filters were used, and exports all data successfully if they weren't used, any idea what could be the problem?

I'm guessing that you drill down in a summary search and then export? I've seen the same thing in that case.

I've seen this kind of thing where the field was both an available filter and a criteria (that was providing a default value)
