Hi All. would you please help me to fix the following issue: the "SPS Commerce Fulfillment" bundle doesn't work as it supposed to be, it doesn't change "INTEGRATION STATUS" field to sent, it always stuck on "Ready", which make all of 940 to fail. when i tried to see the "SOAP Web Services Usage Log" i found that the bundle is running. is there any solution to debug this issue?? Thanks

Is the integration status field shown on the form?

yes its been show on the form and has the following statues : also we i check the SOAP Web Services Usage Log. I found that the is no update parameter i stopped from showing since "11/6/2023"

I would reach out to SPS support, they should be able to help you. I asked about the form because SOAP won't update a field unless it's on the form.
