Good morning! This is something I've never encountered before and if anyone have experienced/encountered this error: (Thanks in Advance for taking the time). What I know so far (without accessing client account): 1. They have SuiteCommerce My Account (In Development) 2. They do not have Payment Processing Profile setup yet configured on the SCMA Question: 1. Does SCMA require Payment Instruments or can work on just regular Payment Methods (i.e. Credit Card) 2. Does the error below possibly just related to the PPP not setup?

I got this a few years ago when someone's FedEx credentials went bad and the sales order form couldn't run a freight calculation. I don't think that's the issue you're having tho...

is it a custom role attached to this customer ? what i am thinking is they have turned on Payment instruments feature and the custom role does not have permission for payment instruments - i had that issue before with regular SCA login
