Good morning! This is something I've never encountered before and if anyone have experienced/encountered this error: (Thanks in Advance for taking the time).
What I know so far (without accessing client account):
1. They have SuiteCommerce My Account (In Development)
2. They do not have Payment Processing Profile setup yet configured on the SCMA
Question:
1. Does SCMA require Payment Instruments or can work on just regular Payment Methods (i.e. Credit Card)
2. Does the error below possibly just related to the PPP not setup?
