<@U7A0KGURX> i'm able to log into our own RP account .. it looks like what is happening is netsuite domains service is returning the webservices domain for the RP account as &lt;accountid&gt;-<http://rp.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com|rp.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com> and then throwing an unknown host exception when you try to log in (its normally <http://webservices.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com|webservices.suitetalk.api.netsuite.com>)
