Hi everyone. Has anyone had an issue where checkboxes show up as dots and are uncheckable? Also have checkboxes in random locations? It’s happening for one of my users in Google Chrome but not when they try an incognito browser

Try having them go to Home>Set Preferences>Appearance tab. Save their color theme to something else than what they currently have set, doesn't matter what. Save. Recheck. If it's fixed, can switch back to original theme without the problem recurring. At least that's been my experience.

Ctrl + F5 always does the trick for me.
