Does anyone know which of NS’s data centers are OCI vs classic? We were migrated from Boston to Phoenix when we were switched to OCI, despite our company and users being eastern US (New York & North Carolina) and western Europe (Spain, Canary Islands, & Ireland) based. Our latency with UI pages has increased, and we were surprised to see that we are now geographically further away from most of our user base. Does the datacenter location even matter much, or is the slowness just OCI?

We were moved from Chicago to Ashburn last week. It has been slower than usual the past few days. I see no improvement, not even parity with the previous performance.

So, Ashburn is an OCI data center? I’m curious why we wouldn’t have been moved there, the majority of our NetSuite users are in North Carolina. Not that I expect it to be fast, or even good, no matter where we are hosted, really.
