how can a serial number show 2 On hand any idea how to fix this?

potentially someone has changed an existing transaction that has put more into stock. For example, if you adjusted the serial number out and in with an inventory adjustment, and then edited the adjustment and removed the adjust 'out' line, you might end up with two in stock
