One of my team clicked the NSAW link from a saved search, managed to fill out the request a trial form, get contacted by a sales rep, and thought he was talking to “NetSuite Technical Support”. I was told he had a “ticket in with NetSuite Support” and I had to go back through his browser history to see wtf was going on. I was like STOP TALKING TO RANDOM SALES REPS FROM NETSUITE ABOUT PRODUCTS WE ALREADY HAVE.
