Did you get it working custom? Should be able to create a custom field and pull it in if needed.

I guess its a matter of what you consider native? There's a way to do it with scripting but is that considered native? I get what you're sayin though

regardless how you refer to it, it’s inexcusable.

It def would be a nice thing to have "out of the box" though. I've had a few situations where people wanted images like that. Another are buttons at the line level. That would be super useful in some scenarios especially writing custom functionality.
