What tax calculation system do you have in your NetSuite account? Currently my company uses Avalara but we are looking to end our contract with them and select a different tax calculation system. What systems should I look at in my selection process?

The answer is weighted by which areas you sell to. If worldwide you have lots to consider. Also is your account SuiteTax enabled? If so the world opens up

Avalara has a good product but customer service sucks to say the least I don’t know Dans reason but that’s my opinion
