has anyone ever successfully run a user event script on a support case created via e-mail case capture? there's a suiteanswers (36896) that suggests it's possible, but nothing i'm trying will even create a log. I have tried beforeload/beforesubmit/aftersubmit in both 1.0 and 2.0 and nothing logs until you load it in the UI, but I need a script to run when it's created via e-mail capture.
