The NetSuite Implementor/Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, support, and upgrades of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (NetSuite) and related support software components The NetSuite Implementor/Administrator will work with department Managers to determine needs, design customized solutions, and integrate NetSuite technologies with existing systems. The NetSuite Implementor/Administrator will work closely with the Optimizer to ensure a proper transfer of information in and out of NetSuite. The NetSuite Implementor/Administrator will also be expected to assist with various I.T. business needs. Work closely with the board, our implementation company and key business leaders to fully implement NetSuite Identify gaps between our current position and our goals, then create executable and realistic plans to achieve company goals Fully implement all integrated software such as RF Smart and Next Service Test updates before setting a go live date to ensure a seamless transition to the operations Meet and communicate consistently with business leaders, specifically the CEO, to give updates and to strategize Proactively plan for future enhancements on product roadmap and determine integration strategies NetSuite Administrator Perform diagnostic tests and resolve issues to optimize system and network performance Perform recurring maintenance activities on the NetSuite databases write customized scripts, programs, or enhancements to meet company specific requirements as determined Develop and improve user-friendly functionality and interfaces to improve data accuracy, ease of capture, and streamline workflows Provide technical support, answer questions, and provide training to NetSuite end-users with their respective day to day operations Administer NetSuite and other software user security and permissions Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting with NetSuite database Proactively plan for future enhancements on product roadmap and determine integration strategies Develop a robust and comprehensive training system that will allow for easy and complete knowledge transfer Directly train initial end users on the functionality of their prospective NetSuite responsibilities Train a trainer for each function so that the NetSuite Administrator will not always need to be the trainer, but will still proficient in training new team members Minimum Job Requirements Minimum College graduate or equivalent business experience’ Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience NetSuite Implementation, specifically RF, inventory, and accounting areas prefered Minimum of 3 years of experience in functional NetSuite management or acting as a NetSuite Administrator Strong knowledge of manufacturing rules and regulations, responsibilities, requirements, systems, and procedures necessary for safety compliance and business continuity Must speak and read English fluently Demonstrated previous success implementing NetSuite in a manufacturing service related environment US Citizen or Authorized to work in the United States SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/COMPETENCIES • Excellent implementor of NetSuite and other integrated software • Excellent functional NetSuite skills and the ability to hold outsourced companies to high expectations • In-depth knowledge NetSuite development tools, coding languages and business processes in a manufacturing environment • Effective NetSuite Administrator skills for when the implementation has finished • Overall I.T. skills to be used when needed in other parts of the business • Demonstrated success managing in manufacturing, administrative and sales environment • Strong verbal, listening, and written comprehension communication skills • Effective working well under pressure, in particular under cost and time constraints • Self starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines • Very organized with excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills to effectively manage multiple priorities • Excellent problem solver, with demonstrated integrated thinking and learning acumen to apply past knowledge and intuition to resolve any issues and complaints from the client • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, leading effectively • Strong decision making ability • Proficiency with computers essential; Word and Excel necessary; electronic inventory management preferred • Honesty and integrity in all things • Demonstrated passion for all aspects of NetSuite, including training • Consistent accuracy in work and consistency in how he/she communicates with employees and peers, regardless of role/level or relationship PHYSICAL • The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level is usually moderate, although it can require ear protection while in the manufacturing facility. • General office conditions is the standard work environment (standing, sitting, walking) • Warehousing may require occasional lifting and moving up to 30 pounds TRAVEL • Travel may be required for business purposes
