Hi, I want to manage gift certificates in Netsuite, I saw that we can enable Gift Certificates in Netsuite from this article. I want to create a sales order and not require the fulfillment process for these particular sales. Can we do that somehow?

On Non-inventory items, preferences tab, you can untick the "can be fulfilled/received" 🙂 I think this option is only available on non-inventory/charge type items :)
