Is there a way to cancel a PO that is not yet fully approved? The Close button is only available on fully approved POs. Do we just reject the PO and leave it there indefinitely?

If there is a workflow in action then just cancel the workflow system notes - workflow. Basically detaching the workflow. Edit and close all the lines and even delete the PO if you want since it is a non posting transaction
