Hi! I'm wondering if anyone has experience with Dependent fields. We are trying to have 2 drop down lists on a Sales Order form when we send Replacement Orders. The first drop down will determine what fields are shown in the second drop down.  I've tried using *<https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_162153822814.html#Dependent-Dropdown-Lists-Example|this help article>* but am not getting anywhere. I have 2 custom body fields created and 2 custom lists created.  I'm going to thread more details but would welcome any assistance!!

For example, the first Reason is why a Replacement is needed. This would include:
• Shipping Issue
• Product Issue
If they Select Shipping Issue, I want to show the following in a second drop down:
• Lost in Transit
• Damaged Shipment
If they Select Product Issue, I want to show the following in the second drop down:
• Battery Failure
• Won't turn On
• Missing Accessory
• Other
We wouldn't want a user to be able to say the reason for the Replacement was "Product Issue" but then select "Lost in Transit".
