Has anyone experienced issues with dashboard pages...

Has anyone experienced issues with dashboard pages becoming unresponsive once a transaction is complete? We have one person in a role, many others have this role and do not have this issue, who gets the attached error. We have tried the following removed all portlets on dashboard, confirmed no memory or cache issues, unable to reproduce the issue in the same role with the other sixteen users, and replaced computer. The error happens about twice a day with no consistent pattern to be able to trace and provide to NetSuite support. Not sure what else to try and without being able to reproduce the issue support likely can't help.

Can't say I have - Anything else about this user that's different? Did they add a whole bunch of custom stuff on their dashboard (dashboards are specific to the user, not the role unless you lock it down)? Do you have any scripts or workflows triggered by that user's activity or being executed by that user (even if it's just because they're the owner of it, for example)?

The role this user has is part of a larger group and no one else is having issues with their dashboard. We standardize the dashboard but allow them to change it. To rule out the dashboard being an issue we had her remove all portlets and the error still persists. This user isn't admin and hasn't created scripts or workflows. Nothing is specific to the user in terms of workflows and scripts, ours tend to be transaction based. The error started about a month ago and we haven't been able to resolve it with changes on our end like Chrome update etc. and it isn't browser specific.
