NetSuite Connector suiteapp implements customrecord_fa_synced_items. This in turn uses custrecord_fa_synced_item.custrecord_fa_last_synced, which then updates the item's custitemlastpostedtofarapp field. I've tried manual and automatic product syncs successfully, but no records are created and consequently the item's last posted field has no value. Does anyone know under what circumstances such records are created? Thanks.
