I am trying to find a way to populate a custom field showing our current sales for the day. That way when we send out our sold emails, it shows the total sold for the day. I thought I could create a custom search to populate the number and have it show up on a custom field on the sales order, but that doesnt seem to work. Any ideas?

All sales. Our salespeople send out anytime they sell a vehicle. We also wanted to have something that showed how many we had sold for the day in the email also

Is your custom field on the employee record of the sales person?
