Hi there! We’re using the Shopify-NetSuite integration app. We recently did a mass pricing update in NetSuite via CSV import. However, we are not seeing these pricing changes reflected in Shopify. When I manually edit the pricing in the UI and sync, I would see the pricing update in Shopify.

Anyone encountering the same issue? Do I need to manually edit the item in NetSuite UI?

You’re using the prebuilt integration through Celigo?

If so, open the flow that does the update on the initial tile. You’ll see a dropdown if you scroll down that says “Delta”. Swap that to “All” and run it. That should run a mass update for all your items NS-&gt;Shopify. Change it back to Delta after.
