We have 1 subsidiary and 4 items associated to that subsidiary. We have one employee under the same subsidiary using a role which utilizes the ‘users subsidiary’. The four products do not appear in a saved search for items. (No criteria on the search). If the role is changed to serve ‘all subsidiaries’, the four items appear in the search. Any clue what the issue may be?

In this instance, no. Parent / Sub1. Every item, employee, etc set up to Sub1.
