We currently have 3 locations set up in our netsuite and when a customer is entered on a sales order the location automatically sets to our main location. How can I set a specific customer's sales orders to create for our 2nd location? I feel like this is such a simple solution / dumb question, thank you for your patience with my ignorance!

On your customer you can define a location Then, when you create your SO, the location is that defined from the customer

I thought so too but I do not see any “location” on the customer record , only subsidiary =/ where do I define this?

Maybe customize customer form and show location

Maybe location it’s just for employee , transactions Create a custom field with list = location on the customer record And create WF > set field value on after record submit Location = custom location field
