Hello everyone, does anyone know how can a user that is assigned to only one role that does not allow to post transactions in closed period, still post in a closed period? Taking into consideration that the Override period restrictions in permissions is not set. If any other user logs with the same role, he/she can`t post to this closed period. It`s only one single user that has this issue. Can anyone advise?

check to see if on role the "CORE ADMINISTRATION PERMISSIONS" is checked

It is not checked
do I check this and let the user retry?

Have you got Global permissions turned on by any chance? If so the employee might have been enabled, rather than the role? https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9923/loc/en_US

Note that any action taken that triggers changes via a script running as admin may be able to do such changes - this was e.g. one of the bigger issues with the advanced approvals bundle at one point - any belated approval would post transaction into original period, not latest open one - otherwise the suggestions above should be exhaustive - but maybe check audit trail if changes were done after the incident

i will check those possibilities. Thank u all.
