destination account is new completetly, but it's still error :((

Open a support ticket. This bug has been around since they introduced the functionality, and the more people attached to the defect the better. It's crazy they haven't fixed it yet

I get this error ad hoc for seemingly no reasons, I have found support not helpful when lodging a ticket for these they usually say to move via a different method, which is not helpful lol.
