Always. Some of them with a pre written answer that I tweak slightly.

normally file my cases through support center instead of SA, so don't have to fill them out

When I go to Support Center I get logged out, so I don’t usually use that

Just seems like so much hoop jumping when my answer is pretty much “we pay hundreds of thousands of dollars for this software and we expect it to work”
