hey @Tyn Guardian, pop over to the original thread, Eric asked the same (although not the manifest.xml)

I found something similar - had to change the paths in the declarations for other scripts. Seems like they changed something recently - the existing scripts still work, but changes/new ones need the path readjusted. I had /SuiteScripts/ showing up twice in the error... like it had predetermined that it was already there.
