Has anyone integrated Avalara with NetSuite but also sync Shopify order in to NetSuite? Trying to see what's the best way to exclude Shopify customer orders to sync in to Avalara. We will be using the Avalara Shopify Extractor to get transactions from Shopify to Avalara for tax filing. We also have issues with Shopify orders and NetSuite Sales Order amounts matching due to tax calculation differences. Does anyone experience that as well and perhaps have a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

My clients usually have Alavara setup on both systems. That way the amounts match.
