Hi all, does anyone know how to import a vendor bill with the file attached to it or create a new file and attaching to the vendor bill or any other way if possible(by the way this file is an URL - not actually a file)

I would be looking at a scripted solution to attach the file record

You can also just import the field as URL and user can access the file clicking the link. This way you are not using up your precious Netsuite storage space 🙂
