I've built a bot that uses a tonne of the official NS documentation + about 40,000 SuiteAnswers and other official docs such as the BFO guide. Generally I prefer that these days as I know at least what I'm getting back is not polluted by "Dev Dave" out in the wild that made something up. It's not always got the answer and then I'd fall back on here and possibly Google/Slack.
