@karlenigma basically, we fulfill orders from multiple locations. sometimes the same item. we wanted our packing slips to have the items consolidated. so for example 5x item AB1 from Location 1 and 5x item AB1 from Location 2 would show 10x on our packing slip under one item. i have some custom columns in our sales orders, which need to be on the packing slips as well, which i found didn't carry over properly from the sales order to the fulfillment. for example with that, we may have a sales order with 5x of item AB1 but with the custom column set to PN1, and another line item for 5x of item AB1 with the custom column set to PN2. From different locations. it kind of gets confusing.
