I will test this on Sandbox but it look like a bug, which mean if you have multiple vendors enable and you and you have 3 items on an order those.items store the prefered vendor under the field povendor, then if you edit one of those items and change the preferred vendor and you go back.to the order and try to delete a line of.the others items it error out saying that error....
