You should be able to sign up for the waitlist by clicking to register for the event and signing in

Here is the entirety of the information I have:

Anyone wishing to attend SuiteWorld in Las Vegas can navigate to the registration page and select the option to add themselves to the waitlist. If a spot opens, for example if there is a cancellation, the registration team will contact the candidate at the top of the waitlist via email. Once contacted, individuals will have 24 hours to register to attend, otherwise we will move on to the next candidate on the list. The waitlist is utilized on a first come, first serve basis.
