This maybe asked before, but why doesn't a group item on the sales order doesn't show on the advanced PDF template I've unchecked and checked "DISPLAY COMPONENTS ON TRANSACTIONS".

It will show up on PDF for transactions created after you have checked that box.

yeah but it also shows the components in which my company doesn't want that. I just want this simple:

It will show up for each customer. Or may be you can tweak the template to show for select customer
