Still does it even after clearing my cache and closing/reopening the browser, too

I saw this on a user's browser tabs, but clearing cache did fix the problem in that case

it’s happening at random. the icons will be stable for a while, then start changing suddenly. it’s bizarre (but also seemingly harmless)

yikes, sad that my cache is getting messed up so quickly. but given the impact, i probably just won’t worry about it

It used to be way worse for me and my team where it would be a daily thing with chrome
