Is lot data necessary for billing? We use lots and the inventory detail causes frequent issues, so I'd like to use the NS solution of simply hiding it on the billing form. What effect would this have on our books?

What kind of issues are you experiencing ? Just hiding a problematic issue/field from the UI doesn’t solve an underlying issue if NS is expecting mandatory data.

This was resolved by not using NetSuite anymore. 😅
