not sure that's possible. if you instead just want the customer to see the reply-to address (
receivables@your-domain.com
), then you'll need to setup DKIM see

Finally i found a solution , i change the email on the employee record with
system@sent-via.netsuite.com
" then when the invoice is sending , the customer can see only this :Employe Name ("
system@sent-via.netsuite.com
")
