We want to send confirmation email when the Item Fulfilment llment is marked as Shipped. The Fulfilment will many one, or many, packages, with tracking numbers. I cannot seem to find a way to get the tracking numbers from the Item Fulfilment packages. Some online posts say to use the {salesorder.trackingnumbers} but that does not work, as the Sales Order might have multiple Item Fulfilments against it - and when it does the Item email shows tracking numbers from the other Item Fulfilments. Where am I going wrong here?
