Objective: External client sends new email to NetSuite (not replying) Scenario: Our client has an external emailing tool and he wants that those automatic emails are cc to NetSuite instance. We know NetSuite sends emails and replies are saved within NetSuite but can an external client/person sends a new email directly to a NetSuite instance. Is this possible ?
