This is all users are getting, only been happening since NetSuite's app update that went out last week

Just getting ready to ask the same thing. One user reported they could access via the Okta app as if on a desktop but getting same error via NS app

Yep, SSO is working fine for us via browser but not the mobile apps.

Just spoke to support - a defect has identified and they’re working on a hot fix; current work around is at the User level > Global Permissions > add Mobile Device Access

FYI, received notice the defect has been resolved.

Anyone able to confirm? I just tried this on an Android and it's still giving the message "error - A connection error occured. Please try again"
