What salary should I ask for if these are my NetSuite skills? These are the skills I bring to the table for my company: • I have three years of experience using NetSuite (I've been with the company for over five years in total, but we only implemented NS three years ago). ◦ The first year of experience was a functional user as an inventory manager and demand planner. ◦ The most recent two years of experience have been as the company's primary admin. • One year ago, I got the SuiteFoundation certification. A few weeks ago I got the Admin certification. • I don't currently know how to write code, but now that I have the Admin certification, I am starting to learn Javascript so that I can eventually write SuiteScript. • Other value adding skills I bring to the company include: ◦ I am effectively the primary scrum master for our Kanban board where we manage our work. • I keep track of all the small but important things that often slip through the cracks if no one pays attention to them, such as: ▪︎ Making sure that employees that leave the company have their login access revoked in all systems. ◦ Keeping track of billing deadlines and system update dates in different platforms that we use. ◦ I am the NetSuite technical resource for our WMS implementation that we are working on now (we are implementing Deposco). ◦ I have been highly involved in the process of testing new product SKUs and getting them live on our website. ◦ I am often the go-to person for resolving data discrepancies or Excel questions. • My company has about 40 NetSuite users. • My company doesn't offer bonuses or commission. • My company is located in the Cincinnati area. What salary should I ask for 2024? (Raises / merit increases are given every January). If you were my manager, given the factors listed above, what salary do you think I should get?
