@NSG i definitely feel like there is a good amount of missing functionality. not even talking at the API level, just the app itself. lots of time has been spent customizing advanced pdf templates, crafting saved searches, etc. and i frequently get complaints from the accounting dept that basic accounting functionality such as contras are missing. i don't think our operation is anything out of the ordinary, but i'm frequently surprised at just how "batteries not included" NS is
