@saraki transform always checks all the lines. The same behaviour as in the UI. You have to uncheck the lines that should not ve recieved.

Thanks @igorp, but I found out that actually there is a setting in the Account preferences where you can default the behavior of the Item receipts. You can have all the lines checked by default or unchecked by default. That solved my problem. Nothing to do with the script.

Hi, I am familiar with this setup but in general, it's usuall set to fulfill all the lines since it's much easier to use for the users.

Very true. I guess it should depend always on the users.... in our case, the receipts are automated so I guess having it the other way is also fine for now. Thanks for your help.
