@Sant Unfortunately that is not possible; execution logs are only kept for 30 days. The easiest place to view them across the account is

Customization > Scripting > Script Execution Logs

. If you need to be able to report on logs back further than 30 days, you will need to build a custom logging mechanism (e.g. create custom records) or leverage a third-party logging/monitoring service.
