Has anyone run into this issue/glitch? I have an item in a location with an Available inventory of 1, It is not committed or on an order. It has an Inventory Status of Available. The item in reality does not exist, so I went to Adjust Inventory, and when putting in all the correct info, and then clicking on Inventory Status, the dropdown shows blank instead of all of our statuses. What Gives?

Do you have bins enabled? This kind of thing is usually caused by negative inventory in the same location, although I can't see how that explains 100% of the symptoms you're describing

We just found it, no we don't have bins or serial number enabled, apparently there was a item fulfillment from a year ago with that item picked but not packed or shipped. Once we deleted that, I could cycle out the item.
