is there any way i can add custom label field in the cart checkout page as shown in figure below, I have installed the Suite Commerce Standard

can i show Unit of Measure field there too. What is the short method to do this in SuiteCommerce Stanard

Typically, non-eaches units of measure are not supported in SuiteCommerce, so I can't really help you with that
