Is anyone using an Outlook plug-in or Suite App for Netsuite and have any thoughts, pro or con? Thanks!

I am using email for NetSuite by SuperSync Suite App. It has a ton of great features and is cost effective. The biggest thing for us is getting people to log emails regularly. The software itself does everything it needs to do and is very user friendly. The one con I have is sometime long load times bringing up records into Outlook to sync to, and some limitations on New records you can create out of outlook (ie cannot create opportunities)

Agree, SuperSync is the best Outlook integration product. Great price as well.
