Anyone else receiving script errors due to the Smart Count 4.0 upgrade last night? Yes, we did - everyone but admin role.

Yeah, that’s exactly what we’re seeing as well.
Any update from Netsuite on resolution?

We changed the script SC UE Item to execute as administrator. 🤷‍♀️

How/where can I do the same given that the script is locked?

If you are administrator, you can change the Execute As Role setting on the applicable script deployment(s).
That was our solution in a pinch - we weren't going to wait on NetSuite.

Okay, I think the issue is that in an attempt to fix the issue, I tried to uninstall the SmartCount SuiteApp. The uninstall failed and now the SuiteApp has an install status = FAILED and I don’t see a way to reinstall to try your fix… The support team at Netsuite really sucks….

Also, if you give a role the SetUp Preferences (2) View permission, this also resolves the issue. NetSuite put a (2) after ours as there was already a Setup Preferences permission in our system.
Our Warehouse managers are also unable to load anything on the SmartCount Review page, it just sits and spins and never loads. Checked permissions and they all are good.
