Hi all. Does anyone use OZLink as the middleware for NetSuite and UPS? We are currently dealing with an issue where it stopped pulling all the info over to UPS over the last few weeks when using OZlink. I’m not sure if it’s from the recent NetSuite update or possibly a Chrome update.

Damn. I am shocked companies still use OZLink. That was the product to use 10 years ago.

Yes, I've used many over the years. Shipstation, ShipHawk, RFSmart Shipping, even NetSuite has their own Ship Central now.

Which did you prefer?

Depends if you ship LTL or not.

Very little LTL. Mostly commercial and residential shipments. Roughly 1200 packages per day.

If LTL: ShipHawk, but its pretty $$ these days, but at 1200 shipments a day... this may be a good solution for you. If no LTL and you use RFSmart, use their shipping.

Thank you for the information. I do have an RFSmart connection, and I will investigate their services further. Your input has been very helpful. May I ask which carrier you primarily use? We currently rely on UPS, but I’m considering adding FedEx as a backup option in our system, especially in case UPS encounters labor issues again.

Hah. We did the same, UPS but with strike, we brought on FedEx as a carrier. Previously businesses were 100% FedEx. It all really depends on the rates obtained.
