I have an employee marked as
ACTIVE
and with
GIVE ACCESS
check box marked. Then, the employee is set to
INACTIVE
, but the
GIVE ACCESS
is not modified. The user can't login. This is expected. But the user receives the email for password expiration. Is it as expected?

if the employee record is set to inactive automatically access is removed - they cannot access NS. If they are receiving password expiry email then it might be a defect - let NS support know.
