Is there a simple way of putting license/contract expiration dates in when creating purchase orders? Would be handy to get alerts from NetSuite when things are due to expire

If you are not using the Purchase Contract records, then maybe create a custom field on the PO and have a scheduled saved search that automatically sends an email when the expiration date = today?
