Has anybody had issues getting a promotion to automatically apply in the cart? I’ve set up the promotion correctly and it works if it gets manually entered, but shouldn’t it automatically apply on the cart page? Am I misunderstanding what “THIS PROMOTION CAN BE AUTOMATICALLY APPLIED” means? Does that only apply to sales orders?

Have you enabled that on both the website setup record and the promotion record?
